• You agree to pay Us the selected plan’s monthly rental plus taxes on the first day of each month, being a prepayment of our services.
  
• Your first rental is payable on issue of an email invoice, to be sent once your website is available online. The first rental will be apportioned in accordance with the number of days to the end of the month.
  
• We shall notify You by email of any monthly payments that are outstanding by the seventh day of the month. If payment is not received by the fourteenth day of the month, We will temporarily discontinue your service (i.e. disable your website) until all monies are paid.
  
• We may vary the products, services and monthly charge at anytime by email notice. Variations will become effective in the next billing month.
  
• Your domain name belongs to you. All charges relating to the registration and renewal of your domain name is your responsibility. 
  
• Any information (i.e. your price list and product pictures) You provide Us continues to belongs to You. Any information we create (i.e. web pages, scripts etc) belongs to Us.
  
• You may terminate our service for any reason, provided that You issue Us with written notice at least 7 days prior to the end of the month. We may terminate our service for any reason, provided that We issue at least 7 days written notice.  
  
• We shall be excluded from all liability and consequential loss, which may arise or relate to this agreement or to the services We provide.
